Overview
The Flexabed Hi-Low is the ideal bed for those in home healthcare, or assisted living environments. In fact, no adjustable bed is more convenient than the Hi-Lo model. It is a fully adjustable bed with head, foot, and hi-lo height adjustability.
This package includes: Hi-Low bed frame, Full Size, 53" x 80", Full Innerspring medium firmness mattress and wired hand control. Add hand rails if you prefer.

What Makes This Different
The Flexabed Hi-Lo is made with 2" high-density foundation and the heavy-duty base is made with Advantech material that will not warp, break, or squeak. It is hand built in the USA by expert craftsmen, and comes complete with a 5-year warranty.
Why We Like It
The base can be raised and lowered with a touch of a button. This allows easy access for patient lifts – making the Hi-Lo model ideal for customers who require additional assistance when entering or exiting the bed. The frame covering and mattress also got an upgrade in material from the basic white to a premium heather gray for more wear resistance.
What You Need to Know When Ordering
Your item, unless otherwise specified, will be delivered to the curb. If you or your loved one require assistance in getting the bed inside the home White Glove Delivery is available on your Flexabed at additional charge. Your bed will be freight delivered to a local agent who will bring your bed to your home by appointment, set it up in your bedroom and remove all packaging materials for you. If you also need your existing bed removed and disposed of, that option is available- see details at right. Occasionally mattress and side rails may ship separately from the bed, which means that they will require their own personal set-up and will not be included under the White Glove Delivery option.

Warranty Information
During the first 12 months after purchase, Flex-A-Bed will provide in home parts and labor at no charge. During the 2nd through the 5th year, any part may be sent to the factory freight prepaid for repair, reconditioning, or replacement at the factory's option for a $100.00 fee and will be returned freight collect.
Mattress and Upholstered Base:
During the first 12 months after purchase, Flex-A-Bed will provide in home repairs or replacement at the factory's option at no charge provided the defect in materials or workmanship and is more than normal wear and tear. During the 2nd through 5th year after purchase, the mattress and/or the upholstered base may be sent to the factory freight prepaid for repair, reconditioning or replacement at the factory's option for a $100.00 fee and will be returned freight collect.
This warranty does not apply to any product subjected to customer misuse, damage in transit or handling by the delivering agent, or which, in the opinion of Flex-A-Bed, has been altered by an unauthorized representative in any way that affects the reliability or detracts from the product. Replacement parts are guaranteed for the unexpired balance of the orignial warranty period. This warranty does not include responsibility for transportation or handling expenses.
The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, express, implied or statutory. Flex-A-Bed neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of this product.

Return Policy
- The following conditions apply:
- This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
- All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
- Mattresses ordered with beds are non-returnable.
- An RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife must be requested within 10 business days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 business days.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
