The large 12" rear wheels are flat free which enables the chair to be used outdoors. The Lightweight Expedition has a lever on the backrest to fold it down for transport and caregiver operated locks on the handles. Additional standard features include padded fixed armrests, removable swing-away footrests and a durable aluminum frame. This wheelchair's purpose is for occasional use.
