Carex’s Crosstour Rolling Walker helps you achieve your independence with its lightweight functionality and convenient portability. The Crosstour’s 8-inch front wheels allow you to conveniently maneuver around your house, grocery store or out for a day of shopping. A large removable storage bag with a carrying strap is ideal for stowing away your wallet, keys, phone and other items on-the-go.

The Crosstour also comes with a bonus cane holder, allowing you to easily transport it with you while you’re out and about. The rollator’s push handles are height-adjustable and feature locking brakes to ensure you stay comfortable and safe. The lightweight aluminum frame easily folds, making it perfect for storing in the back of your car or out of the way at a restaurant or at home.

As an expression of our confidence in the quality of workmanship of our products, Carex Health Brands warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use by the original purchaser of the product.

If a Carex Health Brands Product item proves defective in materials and workmanship during normal use by the original purchaser of the product, Carex Health Brands Product will arrange for replacement or repair.

To receive repair or replacement, write to Carex Health Brands Customer Service, PO Box 2526 Sioux Falls, SD 57101-2526, or email to customerservice@carex.com to arrange for warranty service. Repair or replacement is at the option of Carex Health Brands, and warranty may not include labor charges incurred in replacement part(s) installation, repair of any such product, or shipping expenses.

The warranty does not cover problems arising from the normal wear, product abuse, modification, failure to adhere to the accompanying instructions, improper operation, misuse, commercial use or the use other than for personal, family, or household purposes and excludes shipping and handling charges. This warranty does not extend to non-durable personal care products or non-durable components including rubber tips, grips, handles and other accessories. CAREX HEALTH BRANDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or country to country.

SpinLife Return Policy for the Crosstour Rolling Walker
Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call SpinLife Customer Service.

Once accepted, the following conditions apply:
- This item has a 10% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
- The item must be in new condition; unused.
- All accessories and chargers include in the box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.
Return Process:
- Request an RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife within 30 days of delivery acceptance.
- Once the RA has been issued from SpinLife, ship the item back to the address noted on the RA within 14 days.
- Once the product is received it will be inspected for damage and signs of use. If item shows any signs of use, SpinLife is unfortunately not able to issue a refund. In the event your item is not returnable we will contact you and you can decide if you’d like it shipped back. You will be responsible for shipping fees to get the item back to you.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking fees, will be refunded to your original form of payment.
