Overview

The Bruno Chariot exterior platform lift provides maximum flexibility for your transportation. With its independent suspension, it carries the weight, not your car, so it can be used with almost any vehicle, including sedans. In addition, 360-degree turning wheels make it exceptionally easy to maneuver. The Chariot is also easy to use: lower the self-leveling platform, drive on and then press a button to raise the lift. Security is provided with one-handed self-tensioning retractable belts. Using the Chariot to transport your mobility device means you have full capacity seating and storage in your vehicle. You can add a light package with brake and running lights and an illuminated license plate holder. While you are driving, an integrated safety latch keeps the platform from lowering unintentionally. When you’re not using it, the Chariot can be manually folded up to save space.

What Makes This Different

The 360-degree wheels make the Chariot impossible to jack-knife and easy to load or park. This maneuverability keeps the lift in line with your vehicle at all times. While you are using the Chariot, you can access the rear cargo area of most vehicles by slightly lowering the lift. And when you are not using the Chariot, simply fold it up out of the way The Chariot can usually be re-installed in your next vehicle, providing notably long service.

What To Know When Ordering

Bruno premier lifts must be installed by a certified Bruno lift installer. Once your order is placed a SpinLife Tech Scheduler will contact you to schedule an appointment with your installer.

Please be aware, in some states the Chariot may need to be registered as a trailer. You are responsible for verifying your local and state requirements. Many states require you to display your license plate on the outside of your lift. It may be required in the following states: CA, AZ, NV, CO, UT, ND, SD, OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, HI, AK, FL, TX, & AL. It might be required in other states as well and it’s your responsibility to understand your state’s regulations.

 Bruno Independent Living Aids, Inc.© (Bruno) is so confident in our USA designed and built units

that we provide every original buyer with the following “Industry Leading” warranty for your peace of

mind.


The quality of parts we use and the care our employees take allow Bruno to provide the original buyer of

its Bruno Vehicle Lift with a 3-year warranty that all parts are free of defects in material and

workmanship.


Bruno’s warranty periods begin with the date of the installation of the Bruno Vehicle Lift.

Bruno Authorized Dealers are trained to evaluate your unique situation and then install the best Bruno

product to meet your needs. The trained installation and service technicians employed by Bruno Authorized

Dealers have the appropriate equipment and resources needed to correctly install and maintain your new

vehicle lift and are the first contact for any warranty or service needs.


SPECIFICS OF THE WARRANTY COVERAGE:



  • All Parts are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years after the date of

    installation.

  • All labor to address any product defect by a Bruno Authorized Dealer is covered for the first 30 days

    after installation.


WHAT IS NOT WARRANTY COVERAGE:



  • Damage to units caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect or modifications NOT made by a Bruno

    Authorized Dealer.

  • Consumable items.

  • All labor by a Bruno Authorized Dealer after the first 30 days since installation.

  • Reasonable wear and tear


 ADDITIONAL NOTES:


All Service and Warranty issues are handled through the Bruno Authorized Dealer that installed the unit.



  • In no event shall Bruno be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, whether such

    damages arise based on claims based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, strict liability or

    product liability).

  • Bruno reserves the right to replace, repair or, if not commercially practical and/or feasible, to elect to refund

    the purchase price at its sole discretion.

  • This warranty gives the original buyer specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary

    from state to state. Bruno specifically does not authorize any person to extend the time or scope of this

    warranty.

RETURNS

Return Policy

Please inspect your product upon delivery; or upon arrival of tha Professional Installer. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery and installation. If you have concerns please call SpinLife Customer Service.

  • After 10 business days vehicle lifts are no longer returnable.
  • Bruno lifts require professional installation. Please inspect the unit BEFORE and AFTER installation. Once installation is complete and the service order is signed the unit cannot be returned.

Once accepted, the following conditions apply:

  • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
  • The item must be in new condition; unused. Indications of use include, but are not limited to: Damage and scrapes to the frame and loading surfaces.
  • All accessories and chargers include in the unit's box must be returned. EX. Remotes, and cords.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, Tech Set-Up and Installation are not refundable.
     

Return Process:

  • Request an RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife within 7 days of delivery acceptance.
  • Once the RA has been issued from SpinLife, ship the item back to the address noted on the RA within 14 days.
  • Once the product is received it will be inspected for damage and signs of use. If item shows any signs of use, SpinLife is unfortunately not able to issue a refund. In the event your item is not returnable we will contact you and you can decide if you’d like it shipped back.  You will be responsible for shipping fees to get the item back to you.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking fees, will be refunded to your original form of payment.
