None - We are sorry that your company policy does not allow for the return of an item that does not meet the client's needs. When you order "on-line" there is no way of knowing how the product will work in your home.

The back rest rattles and is not securely fastened. If you place the bench so the suction cups will hold, then water comes through the "open slot" onto the bathroom floor. This makes it unsafe for the client and caregiver.
