Pretty quiet lifting process. We also like the color, materials used in construction, and the speed at which it works.

The arm rests should lock in place with an easy quick release mechanism. Residents would feel more secure when raising or lowering them out or in the water. Residents were concerned about falling off when they realized the arm rest were movable and didn't lock in place.
