Fall, 76 years old. Lost strength, needed help getting out of chair

The ordering process with SpinLife and customer service are superior. The chair arrived in good condition a day earlier than expected. The pillow back cushions are zippered, which allowed us to remove some (actually a lot of!)stuffing to make the chair more comfortable for my mother.

The chair does not fit my mother as well as we hoped. Pride discontinued the Petite model of this chair which was our first choice, so we ordered the Small size. The seat is a little deep and chair height from floor is too tall for a very petite person. I wish we has checked into different manufacturers who still carry Petite.

In upright position, pushes head forward and causes back to not be comfortable. User has stopped using.

The seaqt is a little deep for me, as I am only 4' 11", but then virtually every chair is the same.

Easy to operate and looks nice.

The seat is very hard. After sitting in it for a while you get very sore. I have to use a pillow in the seat to help. Also, it appears there is a seam in the seat of my chair which I'm afraid may rip from getting in and out. I don't think I have ever seen a seam in a chair before and I don't remember seeing one when we were looking at chairs at stores.
