My wife has Alzheimer and uses the wheelchair. The reclining back makes it easier to transfer her to and from bed.

Reclines easily, can recline and still elevate legs independently

Not appropriate for small bodies. The design is appropriate for a certain body type, my mother was too short in stature at 5' 3" to utilize the headrest located on the back extension. That should be clarified in the description
