   User Details: Both of us are ninety three and unable to enter the hot tub without help.

   Strengths: Controls are easy to use and we like the strength and solid nature of the machine

   Weaknesses: The side way movement is jerky. There seems to be a lag between the control and the movement of the arm.

   Strengths: Ease of use, durability and quality of the pool lift.

   Weaknesses: It would be nice to have the outriggers come out automatically.
