Strengths:
Range of movement, ease of entry,clear installation instructions
Weaknesses:
The seat bends forward when a person over 200 lbs is seated and decreases the range about 3 inches which caused my lift range to be 2 inches short. Because I have a tight area, I will now have to move the lift closer to the spa requiring reinstallation. Also, the fact that the seat leans forward under weight makes the passenger feel as though he is being pushed out of the lift and feels dangerous
