She loves it and encourages eveyone to ride it.
Stability and easy to use for anyone. Lights are great.
Needs better instructions to put together and taking apart for travel. Needs rearview mirrors on handle bars.

Terrific buy for the money.
I bought this to use around the yard and it has been been great for that purpose. I was somewhat concerned it would not have the power to get up the steep hills on our lot, but it quickly proved able to climb them effortlessly. Its fairly small for a full size scooter but is comfortable for someone of my size. I have not traveled yet with it, but I think its light weight and smaller size will make it easy to load into our Ford Explorer. It also has a decent turning radius for a 4-wheel scooter. The scooter is very attractive in the red finish and seems to be very well built.
The backup beeper is very very annoying and serves no real purpose. It should come with a switch to turn that off since it really is only useful for inside operation in a crowded area. I intend to clip the wires to the beeper once I have time to find it. When the accelerator lever is depressed, there is a noticeable delay of 2-3 seconds before the scooter starts to move which is somewhat annoying. Also there doesn't seem to be any speed control with the lever. If you depress half-way, the scooter doesn't move. You can control speed with the dial, but it would be more useful if the lever also controlled speed. It would also be nice if it came with more than just the basket to carry things. The seat has a slot that looks similar to the trailer hitches on some cars and trucks, so it would be nice if they had some sort of carrying device that fitted in it. None of these faults are a deal killer and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I'd like to say it's the color.....candy apple red....take me back to the 50's.......what else can I say. Ease of operation is the greatest strength. My 4 year old Grandson has become the driver with Grandma the passenger. It took him about 1 minute to master the controls; about 2 minutes for Grandma. My wife uses the scooter to take our sheltie for his afternoon stroll in the park. Round trip is around 2 miles, but with a range of approximately 20 miles, she never has to worry about being stranded. An excellent machine, that does everything it's advertised to do. The quality of construction is much higher than I expected. My wife and I are exceptionally plaesed, and would recommend this product for similar surgical needs or for long term care. If you have to "scoot" you might as well "scoot" in style. Thank you, Spinlife, for making her life better.
The instructions did not specify to remove the rear cowling and connect the leads to the battery. After initial assembly. there was no power, so I started removing parts until I realized the electronic clips coming from the battery were not connected. Once connected everything was fine. As an Engineer, I could easily trace the problem to ground, however, many elderly people could have a real frustration figuring out this connection step. If it was in the assembly instructions, I just missed it, but obviously it could be much clearer. The performance of the product, however, far overshadows this minor incident.
