Very easy to use and looks good with other furniture
Easy to get in and out of, especially with lift element.
Could be a little softer

65 year old woman....cannot walk but uses a walker to get to the chair. I find the chair very comfortable and ease of use is important.
Comfortable chair, a tad on the short side (foot rest)
Controls are straightforward and not difficult to use.
Hooking up controls not easy, due to position of plugins facing the wrong direction. Not sure if we have the massage potion of controls installed properly. Massages all over no matter what you set the controls on.

I have arthritis in my spine and neck which makes it difficult getting up and down from a regular recliner.
It more than fills the bill.
Ease of use. Speedy delivery.
Custom upholstery job lacked attention to detail with an uneven hem on the lower right corner of the back cover preventing complete closure.

Not provided
Chair is very comfortable, massage element is weak.
Nice elevation and response to remote directive. Fabric is nice and easy to put together.
Massage is weaker than expected. Features are a little noisy when chair is moving into position.

a very good chair that does what I expected
Appearance, reasonable price, ease of lifting the person
control to raise and lift is somewhat cumbersome.

This was for my 89-yr old mother with severe arthritis
Works well with some difficulty seating my wife in the...
Ease of lifting and seating user in and out of chair with the exception described above. Comfort to the user. My wife loves the chair and also uses it to nap in the afternoon.
When setting the chair down to reach a seated position with the legs elevated the backrest is not vertical, but rather reclined. The leather panels provided to protect the arms and head areas fall off the chair when in use.

72 yr old female partially paralyzed from a CVA. 5' tall and not overweight.
It meets its purpose
Being able to do what I paid for it to do- help my mom out of her chair.
It takes a long time to get her in the position to get out of the chair and she sometimes needs to get out in a hurry. I ordered the heat and massage and the instructions told her to unplug it after every use- she can't get behind the thing every time she uses it to plug it in and unplug it, so she won't use that feature at all. I could have saved $100.

She is a 64 year old lady with bad knees. She cannot sit in a normal chair and expect to get out of it without pain
