lightweight, easy to install and operate. however, it would be nice if it were operated by a remote control so you could let the ramp down prior to getting to the back of the vehicle. this would minimize the time a handicapped person has to support self if traveling alone.

My husband has no feeling in his feet and legs to the knees, he also has other disabilities that limit his ability to walk.

Easy to install and operate. Makes me able to go out and about with my scooter or power chair without the need of anyones help loading them. Makes me independent.

I just wish it had 4 tie downs instead of the three. I am sure three is enough, but it is odd to have 2 on one side and one on the other. To me it just makes sense to have one at each corner. But it works fine as is.

Light-weight but strong. Easy to install. Excellent craftmanship.

Needs key to operate. A hand-held remote control unit would be perfect.

My 64 year old wife has MS and uses a Pride Mini-Jazzy Power Chair for mobility.

It makes loading and unloading a scooter very easy. Once loaded it lifts the scooter well above the road so we can easily run locally to the stores, and we also use it to transport our scooter when we travel to visit our family some 300 miles away.

The platform is fine for transporting our Revo scooter, but it is not large enough to haul a much larger scooter. The scooter tie down system leaves a lot to be desired, so we don't use the materials supplied. Instead we use racheting tie-downs fastening them in the holes on the edges of the platform and this works just fine, both locally and for long distance hauling.

Sturdy, reliable, folding up when not in use is a definite asset.

Instead of using a key to operate it, it would be nice to be able to use a remote control. It would also be nice to have a hard wire kit included with the purchase along with the battery.
