I definitely would recommend this chair as a means of...
One of the features that I like the most is the 5" height adjustment. It helps me get in and out of the passenger seat of the car easily and I can reach objects in cupboards, etc. The chair is very comfortable.
Have not really found any weaknesses. I have a caretaker (my wife), so she plugs the chair in to charge at night. This could be a problem if one lived alone.

I am 77 years old and unable to walk. This chair has liberated me. My home is small, but this chair maneuvers from room to room.
unhappy with the delay of receiving machine
Able to lift five inches in height. excellent machine once problem was corrected.

age 72 yrs with Multiple sclerosis. Adapted to use in handicapped van.
Great chair, dependable, easy to use, comfortable
worth the money, does it all, also has an easy to use 5/6 inch lift. I can reach into my freezer (top of frig)great feature.
I live alone and the one difficulty I have is the plug to the chair to charge the battery is on the back of the chair near the floor...impossible for me as I never see the back of it. My neighbor comes over to plug it im. If I had one wish it would be to change that.

80 yr old "OLD POLIO" allover weakness..not able to walk but can stand briefly.
wonderful lift chair
quality, comfort, & a built in lift. You can finally reach items in the cupboard! it does not turnoff if you have just stopped for a minute or two. i hated that about the Hooveraround.
You can go backwards very fast.

50 yr old female with SPMS (secondary progressive multiple sclerosis)
SOLID, DEPENDABLE, POWER CHAIR.
THE CHAIR IS VERY COMFORTABLE, EASY TO MANEUVER, SEEMS SOLID, AND IS NICE LOOKING. I LOVE THE FEATURE WHEREBY THE SEAT GOES UP 5". THAT'S IMPORTANT TO ME.
THE ONLY WEAKNESS THAT I CAN THINK OF ARE THE SHORT 12" ARMS. TRUTHFULLY, I FIND IT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WHEN RESTING MY ARMS ON THEM. MY ELBOWS GO BACK TOO FAR.
