We are very pleased with this scooter
This scooter is very mobile and the quitness of the scooter is great. I can assemble and disassemble the scooter quickly when we take it to the mall or grocery shopping. We are very happy with the quality and appearance of this product. This scooter has a lot of power and the length of the battery is great we can travel a long distance without having to worry if the batteries will leave you set. I would recommend this model scooter to other people who may be interested in purchasing it for there personel use.
The weakness of this model is when you have to assemble the scooter when arriving at your location. The scooter has a velcro strap that secures the batteries and also is used as a handle to lift and attach the body of the scooter to the rear drive wheels. The strap is to loose and because of this you need two people when attaching the two parts together. They should have a solid handle so you can stablize the front body then lifting to assemble the front and rear sections. The only thing I was unhappy with is when I unpacked my scooter and I noticed three small scratches on the left front of the scooter. I called the company's customer service I spoke to a representive and she offered me two options repack and send back or give me 50.00 dollars off my bill I told her I would accept the 50 dollars off my bill.

I'm 61 and have difficult walking long distances after the three operations I had.
better than shopping locally.
Product is okay--I've had rallys before. A little quieter this time. I don't like the seat cushion as well--I switched mine. Main strength--buying through spinlife. Better price, people, support, communication, choices, helpers!!!!!!!!!! So much better than local vendors.
Not a weakness but I won't be happy until I see if Medicare is going to reimburse me from the paperwork Spinlife did. I rave about spinlife to everyone who asks about my scooter or wants to buy one. I have my spinlife flag on the scooter to promote Spinlife. I'll give a recommendation to anyone.

Is not for travel unless you have help loading
Well made-moves out-can upgrade to larger battery-goes well in grass and gravel-stable solid ride-customer service is great
Hard to tighten tiller and stabilize the handle bar in one position-could have at least an inch more ground clearance-coatings on the handles of the chair wears off within the first few uses-easy to catch operation controls on clothing

Rally 3-Wheel: Review
Excellent Manuverability-small turning radius, easily passes trough 32" doorways, easy mount and dismount. Assembly- easily assembled
Rear-mounted cane holder - Metal rim scratches one's cane. Accidently backing into a wall, it cuts into drywall. I recommend discontinuing it as is. MUCH better is the crutch/cane holder that mounts on the vertical piece of the armrest. Free cupholder is flimsy and useless. Cannot mount on the arm of a Pride Rally. I put it in the trash can.
