It does what it is advertised to do.
The chair is comfortable and the additional comforts, i.e. heat and the various positions are great.
It makes a lot of clicking noise. I will be calling to determine if we need a tech to come out or if it is something simple.

I use the chair myself. I am a 78 year old male wither severe back problems.
Bigger than it looks but oh so very comfortable.
This chair is oh so very comfortable. When sitting in it, there is no part of your body from head to toes that doesn't feel supported. The chair is feature laden from adjustable head rest (never get a chair without this feature!), to the independent movement of the back and legs, included heating feature for legs, bottom, and back (each individually controlled), and the option to add foot extension makes this a winner in so many ways, and finally the wireless charging and built in USB ports is the icing on the cake. My final thoughts relate to the care and attention that the Spin Life provides me throughout the ordering and delivery process.
It has a bigger footprint than I thought it would. It can modestly annoying to have to open the arm storage area to access the travel control. It is a bit of wasted space to have a dock under the armrest for the controller. I really like Golden Technologies chairs. This is my second chair. In contrast to the fantastic customer service provided by Spin Life.

I have severe movement disabilities, I required a chair that could fit my large frame but also a chair that had utility for smaller family members.
