How easy it is use and the speed you can get things done and the range it will go.
It doesn't turn tight enough to make it around inside many stores because the isles are narrow.

the height and the lag time on the throttle makes it dangerous
william b. from lamont, fl
The height of the scooter defeats the rear anti-tip wheels! Motorcycle like throttle has lag time that makes it uncomfortable manuvering around people
It does everything I need a scooter to do.
I am a big man 6'3" and 280 lbs . I don't look like a circus bear on a tricycle when I ride it. I use it to walk my Husky.. It goes fast enough to keep up with her and I only have it on half speed. I really like it.
It costs a lot.

Fast and loud.
Speed. Ground clearance. Price. Style.
Backup alarm is way too loud and obnoxious. I had to drill holes in the fiberglass to access and disable it. Could use less speed and more control at slower speeds. Better turning radius. Better parking brake.
