Made Flying Easier
Lightweight, easy to fold, great turning radius, comfortable, great battery life
Picking it up is a little awkward after folding

Feels very solid, still too heavy for one person loading.
I was surprised at how solid this chair feels. Battery lasts longer than expected (Better than Literider Envy which I also own). Good power up ramps. I expected hard seat, got aftermarket cushion, but found Therm-a-rest seat cuchion much better (only I can't anchor it) . At 1st, it wouldn't manuver very well,, but front casters are limbering up so it's much better. Folding, etc. not as easy as videos, but I think that will improve as joints limber up.
One BIG weakness. I've owned 8 mobility scooters & power chairs now,, & this one has THE WORST THROTTLE/ JOY STICK I've ever encountered because of one little problem. Until the Cricket, If the speed control was at its' lowest setting, you could just creep VERY slowly, making tight manuvers with precise control. The Cricket, even with speed set at lowest, will give a little lurch when I start to move the joy stick. My house has a narrow hall with a few narrow doors which I can easily get my Literider Envy through if I'm carefull. Because of the stupid lurch on the Cricket, the bottom moldings of my doorways are getting banged up. Outside, I don't even notice the lurch much. But in the house, it makes me mad. Why did Golden Technologies put such lousy joy stick on such an expensive power chair? Only otherweakness is video ads showing old, or female users cheerfully loading their Cricket in the back of their car/SUV. You'd have to be very muscular to do this by yourself then, you wouldn't need a power chair

Live alone, 88 yr. male. Stroke 14 yr. ago, very little use of left arm& hand . Left leg very weak.
This chair has given me independence
The fact that it weighs only 33 lbs means I can get it in and out of my trunk and get around more easily.
Still having trouble directing the chair especially when I want to go backwards. Difficult to go through doors and think that the fenders in the back wheels should probably be more substantial ( made of rubber). Would also like some sort of basket /bag on the back of the chair. Still trying to find something to hold things that works well. Otherwise I’m loving this chair!!

I am 73 years old living in an assisted living facility. I need this chair because my knees are shot and I have severe shortness of breath when wslki
I really like the cricket but I really hate three things
easy to use and it turns on a dime
1. The seat is way too hard. I purchased a gel seat for automobile use from Walmart for $20 to replace the seat that came with Cricket. 2. It is too hard to move the footrest when you are seated in the chair. 3. the seat could be deeper. To have the back be at all comfortable, I must sit on the front edge of the seat. I sometimes feel like I will pitch forward out of the chair.

I have MS and cannot walk
Nice chair gives me mobility
Lighter than most. Ease of folding up
Very low I wish it had at least a 22" seat height from the ground

Comfortable, easy to steer, causes less damage in house and...
Ease of folding and storing. Comfort of sitting and ease of moving arms up and down.
Missing from instruction is rubber cover on battery that needs to be taken off and discarded. There is a rub spot when the legs support is folded up, I covered this with clear plastic film.
