Nice looking quality piece of equipment.
Well built easy to use comfortable and it gives you a lot of Independence glad I bought it it makes my life a lot better.

Size, POWER, joystick sensitivity, color choices, width of the footrest and the height of the footrest, battery holding charge for days/weeks
The arms get loose way too quickly after tightening them. It's a little awkward when inserting the charging cord.

Ease of use
The power wheels skid on carpet and slick floors if you get in a tight spot and try to back out. I need someone to turn them straight to be able to move.
