Happy with it
Very comfortable. Easy to use
Foot rest makes it hard to get out of it. I trip over it, and arms of chair not moving up makes it difficult to get in and out of.

Easy mobility solution.
This chair is very easy to fold and unfold to use. It is under 40 pounds, which is relatively light, but still not easy for some. I need help unloading and loading.

Easy to use
Easy to use and light enough to get in the car when folded up
Had an issue with the Joy stick wires originally but that has been fixed and running good. Very easy claim process with very efficient help over the phone.

Chair is just right for me.
I am so far very pleased with my new power chair.
The main thing is that it is much easier to travel with. My daughters can load it easily in our van. We took it to the NC Zoo and the battery held up really well and it had no problem with the terrain.
I had just a little problem going down a small incline with uneven terrain. Overall, though, I am very pleased with my power chair.

62 yrs old- My legs were messed up by an intoxicated driver when I was 19. After many surgeries on both of my legs I am disabled
Very simple to unfold/fold and great to travel at airports...
It’s very lightweight and easy to travel (airports/cruises). It’s relatively fast once reaching its top speed. The people you’re traveling with will not need to wait for you. I purchased the bag/cover, which is easy to use and great for protecting it while checking it the gate before getting on the plane.
Lag time to reach top speed.

48 year old male. Has had MS for 21 years. Can only walk short distances using a cane.
Better than expected
Easy to use, easy to get on and off. Able to lift arm rests is very useful. Very fast
Only problem is the foot rest is a bit too high for her knees to go under tables, and a little uncomfortable for her.

My wife is a a 75 year old Stroke Survivor. She cannot move her right arm, and has problems with her right leg - not able to lift it.
Recommended for very sporadic use.
The chair has powerful motors
Very uncomfortable, not enough padding in the back, foot rest is not adjustable for taller individuals, have to backup over small obstacles to avoid being thrown out, and for caregiver pinch points can not be avoided most of the time.
