Holds charge longer. Easier to get on and off. Easy to take apart. Looks great. Offers important things like basket and phone holder giving more freedom when carrying these items.
Cannot find a weakness. Everything great so far except it would be nice if back did not so straight up. The back is not a deal breaker.

I’ve got my mobility back.
Quality, performance and appearance.
Can’t really think of any. There are so many variations to choose from. One is able to get the model that fits them best.

71 year old male with partial impairment of my left leg due to multiple knee replacements. I can’t walk far to keep up with others on outings.
Comfortable, reliable, and easily transportable scooter
The Buzzaround XL is the perfect size for a tall (6’1”) person of average weight (175 lbs), though it could easily carry someone heavier. It is easy to disassemble and load into a vehicle for transport (no tools needed), and it was also easy to for me to assemble out of the box by myself (and I’m an 80-yr-old female). The seat is VERY comfortable and the tiller controls are a breeze to operate. My husband likes the tight turning radius for maneuverability and its ease of steering. The heaviest of the four pieces is only 38 lbs, so pretty easy to lift into our vehicle. We just returned from a 2200-mile road trip, and the scooter was a life saver for both of us! And it really looks good, too!
I struggle to identify any weaknesses except maybe the tiller lock could be a little easier to turn. The ability to lock the tiller in place for transport is a great feature because you grip the tiller to lift the front section and everything remains stable. Also — we decided it’s easier to operate and to transport the scooter if we remove the arms from the seat; it’s very easy to do.

The user of the Buzzaround XL is a 76-yr-old male with a severe case of COPD, so his level of exertion is very limited. He is 6’1” and weighs 175.
It handles well over bumps and road rough terrain.
It turns nice. It's easy to take out of and return to our trunk.
A woman needs a lumbar support. You give us a flag but no place to install it.

I'm a woman that is 71 years old. The metatarsal pad has thinned and I can no longer walk very far. My feet get more and more painful.
I love how easy that scooter is to use, to transport, and...
The honesty and integrity in representation of the scooter.
Insufficient instruction on how to remove the chair. Doing it the way I understood from your instructions did not work for me. I accidentally discovered that if I would use the lever to move the chair seating orientation to one side while putting the seat back and arm rests down that I would be able to get the leverage. I needed to pull the chair posts straight out of the post hole. It took me a while to discover this. I recommend you offer, alternate positions/ways to remove the chair for people who will not be able to get proper leverage with the one way you offer in your instructions.
