Chair very uncomfortable padding not in proper places when raising to recline position springs in seat shift and make twanking sounds, also headrest not position correctly hurts neck. Would not recommend anyone to buy very disappointed

She is loving the heating feature of this chair and options for so may positions in chair as she does sleep in chair also.

1) Positions that can be achieved by moving the back and legs independently.  2) The lumbar support is so comfortable and means I no longer need a pillow at my back.  3) The padding is much more comfortable than previous chairs I’ve had 4) I’m cold a lot of the time and the heat is a welcome feature.  5) The massage is great.

I am in my late 60’s and suffer from a progressive neuromuscular disorder that started with my legs and is now affecting my breathing.
