Great product with no issues after a little over 1 month of...
Works without hesitation. No stopping and then restarting like on another brand I have used.
Takes up a lot of space in the back of my 2024 Toyota Siennna. No email from Spinlife when it shipped and Harmar doesn't send paperwork with the unit stating who purchased it. Because I made several calls to Spinlife customer support I was able to identify who it was shipped to for installation and alerted them of its impending arrival so they could press Harmar for the paperwork to enable them the install it on the date we had scheduled. Do not expect a seamless or speedy shipment and installation.

I strap my power chair down with bunge straps.
Works well as advertised.
Tie down straps.

I'm 88 and suffer from peripheral neuropathy. It works well. However, the strap downs are difficult to fasten and unfasten.
Big improvement over similar device of 10+ years ago
Powerful, Fast and Quiet.
There are a limited number of vehicles available that this equipment will be able to be installed. Make use of the Harmar Compatibility Tool to make sure your choice of vehicle and mobility device with fit.

I needed to replace a similar product that served me for over 10 years. This AL6000 is a big improvement being more powerful and much faster.
Easy to install and ease of operation. The lift is "Uptown".
It's smaller than the Bruno that I replaced and much easier to operate. It doesn't take up as much room in my Odyssey. I like the magnet on the remote.
The remote cord could be longer. Otherwise, I can't have had any problems yet. Have been using it for a month now.
