Ease of use.

Lift had rust inside the tube where the mechanism fits into. Since box did not appear to have ever been wet or damaged, I assume it was packed from the manufacturer like this. Also, the plugs are extremely difficult to insert, and the Drive Medical Customer Service on the phone was NO help. The man at SpinLife helped me do it.

I use this to lift a totally disabled man who cannot get up and down without assistance. It is used every night to get him into bed from wheelchair.
