The gel center and the quality material and workmanship in making it! My weight is over 350 lbs and it is very comfortable and adjusts to me very well.

I just wish there was a little more lead way in choosing size.

I’m a male in my 70s, who has had a couple of strokes, which make walking difficult. Bought cushion for wheelchair, was to big. Great for other seats!

The Protekt Ultra Bariatric Cushion provides comfortable support, that was missing in others I tried.

I only wish the cushion was a bit lighter weight but NOT at the cost of support.
