The ease of use for the user and ease of installation to boot. The arms raise for easier access to the chair for transfers from the wheelchair.

My wife is the user. She is wheelchair bound and unable to stand. She is 65 years old. She had spinal cord surgery in August of 2016.

It gets me into the pool so that I can use it.

I cannot use the spa. Other than that nothing else.
