The picture that I was sent showed a mattress with the frame. I was disappointed that I had to buy an additional mattress.

Strengths:
Sturdiness, mobility, ease of use and effectiveness. It is comfortable for me to sleep with the full 8" of rise.
Weaknesses:
Haven't found it yet. It was a smart purchase for my needs.
