Too slow - it takes forever (a couple minutes) to get you...
Solid and sturdy
Slow - way too slow. It hardly feels like it is moving. Wish they had an option to a more powerful motor. None of the advertising and comparisons discuss movement speed - I would not have selected this unit if such information was available.

This lift is easy to use and works well.
Easy to use I’m able to use the lift myself. It is flexible and you can easily get on and off the lift.
It lacks an indicator for the battery.

The person using the lift was in an accident where she lost a leg and the other one is damaged.
Works as expected, would love if it were a bit faster.

No battery level indicator. Would be nice to know how much battery life is left.

She now enjoyes the pool everyday! No more worrying how to...
Easy to use. Battery seems to stay charged for several days or more with frequent use. All parts needed were included. Installation was able to be done by my husband. Able to remove from pool deck for winter storage. Makes a day in to pool easy and fun for everyone!
The pictures that accompany the assembly directions are poor. The seat holes did not line up exactly with the frame holes. We needed to make the seat holes larger in order to insert the bolts. I'm not sure if there is a battery indicator light when in use to know the life remaining. It could operate a little faster or perhaps have a higher speed set option for individuals in a home setting.

Our 23 year old daughter uses a wheelchair and can transfer into the pool lift chair with assistance. This lift has changed our lives!

It is everything we hoped for.
Easy to use and doesn't take up a lot of space on the pool deck.
No gauge on the battery. Cannot tell if the battery needs charging.

Wife, 85 years old w/ CMT- a form of muscular distrofy. She has not been able to get in pool for the last 2 years. She absolutely loves the pool lift
Easy to use, great for providing 'independence'.
The lift is very solidly built, and the component parts, made by SKF - a very reliable European Corporation, appear to be top quality items.
Installation, when drilling into existing concrete is involved, is very exacting. Perhaps you can provide a "Footprint" on paper, to ease this aspect of the job.
