Quiet, sturdy.

I wish the side rails were about 2 inches longer.

Female 86 years old. Not able to walk without walker and then only a few steps.

The low height allows easy wheel chair transfer. The high height allows easy caregiving for bed baths. Today we raised the back and with a slide under bed table she was able to eat breakfast in bed since she did not feel like getting up.

Have not discovered any weaknesses.

Has all of the basic features you'd expect: -platform raise eye-level with caregiver, -head raises to full seated position, -leg raises, platform lowers close enough to the floor for user to sit/stand, -wheels lock, -wire mattress support accommodates air mattress.
