This was to be used by my mother, who is 93 and has osteoarthritis and neuropathy. However, she recently went into hospice and it was not used

The design is very good. Small enough that it doesn't interfere with getting out of bed, and it is safe.

The instructions could have been more clear. Took a couple tries to get the whole installation done.
