An attractive, necessary piece of equipment, easy to use...
The ease with which it can be folded and transported in a car, SUV or van. The comfort of the ridability.
To date, I am not fully aware of any particular weaknesses.

Satisfied
The weight and less bulk making it easier to transport and lift into vehicle. The hand brakes are another good feature.Makes it less stressful than reaching down for wheel brakes
A pocket in back of seat would be good to carry necessary things such as forms and an identity tag to ownership

age 69; Stroke; unable to walk
Easy to use and sturdy.
Strenths are that it is very stable and easy to use. The large wheel at the back makes it very stable.
Perhaps a pocket at the back of the seat would be nice to put things in when taking person out.
