The size is appropiate to load in the car trunk. I have a scooter to use outdoors around home so this is just for traveling.

Light weight enough for a woman to handle. 12 " rear wheels. Hand brakes at waist height. Very sturdy construction and materials used.
Must be careful it doesn't tip back when user "plops" in.
