Large plastic wheels and bearings are not balanced and...
It's cheap!
The bearings are not fitted precisely in the wheels and the plastic wheels can not be balanced. My wife, who weighs 192 lbs, plus the big wheel wobble causes the bearings to click when the wheelchair is turned. The chair is also very heavy with the footrests attached. The footrests are hard to attach and detach. The center of gravity is not far enough back so the chair is hard to tip back to raise the front wheels when going over curbs, the rubber caps on the step tubes also rotate during use making it even harder to raise the front wheels.

This wheelchair was purchased as a replacement for my wife's 10 year old chair which has broken front wheels.

fairly lightweight, foldable, easy to maneuver
The only problem seems to be that the seat is not wide enough.

85-year-old female; balance problems, osteoarthritis, and peripheral neuropathy.
High quality chair.
I can lift it (I'm only 5', middle-age female). Feels well-controlled when pushing.
Leg rests do not extend.

My husband is blind and ruptured his Achilles tendon, so while he was in a cast, we needed the wheelchair. He is 42, 155 pounds.

The w/c looks nice, rolls easily, is comfortable. We are extremely pleased with it. The price was so much less than prices of the ones at local stores.
It is a bit heavier than we expected for my niece to lift it into the car.

Great value!
The ease of use
My only suggestion would be to make the back pocket roomier. When someone is in the chair, the back pocket can only hold something flat like paper, no inhalers, water etc.

good price point for expected performance
seems low to the floor compared to pricey models with silver spokes. i like sitting without arms--but i was very athletic.

It fits our needs at an inexpensive price.
If it was a little lighter it would be easier to lift into the car.

We bought the wheel chair for my husband, age 71 for occasional use where a lot of walking is required. He's suffering from anemia and tires with too

nice looking but noisey! snaps and crackles frequently
Comfortable and neat appearing.
NOISEY! why? About half the time it is moving, it makes noise--mostly when changing from bare floors to rugs or through doorways (The thresholds are relatively flat.)
