A reliable product for transporting someone
Product seems well made. It's sturdy, and has a nice appearence. It moves easily after the right adjustments have been made to the foot rests.
It required considerable adjustment in order to stop the front wheels from rubbing against the foot rests. Also, the product is not quite so light as I expected. Some women, or anyone with limited upper body strength, would have difficulty lifting it into a car trunk, Also, why oh why can't there be a pouch behind the backrest to hold papers?? After a doctor's appointment there is often the problem of carrying papers, and the person in the chair is not always able to carry them. Some pocket somewhere on the chair would be a great addition.
