This is a strong and durable scooter with great turning...
The tight turning radius for inside, the headlight is wonderful, and the transaxle and drive is strong and powerful, and the tires are nice and fat for better traction. Excellent for outside too.
Low to the ground, but I knew that in advance from your specs.

75 year old man with lung problems
It is well constructed for a portable scooter.
Ease in assemble and the swing around seat is easy to get into. The product is durable.
Wheels are too small so the body of the unit is too close to the ground.

Easy to use
The portabilty of the scooter breaking down into easy to handle pieces. Great on pavement.
The ground clearance of the scooter. Not good on grass surfaces with dips. Slows right down on hills.
