Comforter PR-505 Luxe Edition: Review
The quality is so good I bought two of this product.
The second chair I purchased does not have a side clip to hold the controller, so it is more difficult to retrieve; because of this I gave the Ease of Use category a '2'.

Severe uncorrectable arthritis of the knees.
Overall I am pleased with my chair.
It is good in helping me get up and it is very comfortable to sleep in.
I had to get used to the back and even now I always have to put a pillow behind my back for more support. My shoulders get stuck in the folds of the chair back.
marsha w. from lynnwood, wa
Morbidly obese individual who has difficulty getting out of a chair.
Medium size just wasn't for me. Need larger size with...
The ease of going from one position to another and being able to stand up without pain. Also, the ease of returning the chair thanks to your customer Customer Service; for being very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Also, very professional.
Customers should be advised to go by width of seat and not worry about how tall they are. Also, more padding is needed in arms of chair.
william g. from kearny, nj
Sixty-eight year old female, 275 lbs. 5ft 6 in tall with arthritis in knees, hips and arms. I had to return the chair because it was too small
It is a well made chair and quite comfortable.
It's sturdiness and seems to respond well to the power remote.
On the other hand, it has been difficult for us to learn how to use the power remote. He is blind so he can't figure out which buttons to push.

My husband has MS. He can't stand up well. The chair is where he lives. I like the different positions it can achieve.
Every time I sit on it, I fall asleep.
It is incredibly comfortable.
The fabric is cheesy.

Remote is a challenge for a 96 year old
marie s. from woodstock, ga (caregiver)
96 year old, normal aging, the only challenge is using the remote; it just needs to be very simple
Well-made, super versatile, and very comfortable.
Comfort, flexibility, helpful for a number of health conditions.
Requires being far from the wall behind it. Controls are a little confusing.
corey a. from portland, or (caregiver)
This is for my 94 year old mother who is living in an assisted living facility.
It makes my life easier.
It is firm and comfortable. Mechanics work fine
Does not raise my legs above my hips enough. Delivery was by a company that only leaves product at the door. Why charge me for white glove service???????
