the arm rests could be a little larger from front to back or have an adjustability feature and maybe be an inch wider for the soft part.....i.e. make the pads unscrewable and provide extra holes to adjust for the client

Very good quality metals and materials were used in constructing the end product.

The wheel on one side (left) is not properly tightened and/or aligned, which results in the wheel scrubbing up against the frame at certain points of its rolling cycle.

Only one choice of arms for this model. Would be great if you could change them out for longer padded ones when desired.

Necessity to add approximately 4" to 6" to length of extended legs. Wife's extended leg, with sneaker, is not comfortable as extended to the max.
