no assembly required not too heavy to fold, lift and put in trunk of car

confusion when first one arrived without foot rests, was told they are sometimes shipped separately, then told always shipped separately, then replacement chair arrived with footrests. Customer service knowledge of product shipping practices weak==product not weak unless damaged by shipper (Fed Ex).

The quality is great. It's very heavy . The size is what I wanted.

To heavy. My husband will never be able to lift an fold to the trunk of the car.
