The many positions. The ease with which one can position the chair as wanted. The comfort. The quality. The choice of fabrics and colors. A power failure backup system.

After over a month of use I find absolutely no weaknesses.

Ease with which I can use the remote. The fact that the chair helps me to a standing position GENTLY and does not throw me out of the chair.

The cord on the remote needs to be longer. That would be the biggest help of all. Also the remote needs a place to be positioned while I'm in the chair. The pocket on the chair is too low to be able to use it for this purpose.

the not too tall back is comfortable and makes the chair look like a regular chair when down. the tv button on the remote. the ZG feature.

like all such chairs, lowering the feet to get out of chair takes a long time when someone is at the door, for instance.

Very heavy due to all the mechanical devices. Hard to move around.
