I only wish I'd bought this for my mother last year.
My mother loves that the size of the chair fits her frame and height, not the usual one-size-fits-all which only fits tall people. When there was a mix-up and a large size was delivered, the company immediately took action to replace it with the correct size which is much more comfortable.
Haven't found any.

My mother is 89 years old, in good health but losing some strength in her arms. It had become increasingly difficult for her to get out of her regular

I am very pleased with the chair....but I would suggest one additional product to develope and sell. My mother has alzheimers, and can not walk, but can stand with assistance. When we take her out of the wheelchair and put her in the lift chair, sometimes she is not sitting back far enough. we have a hopsital pad under her, but it is difficult to slide her, especially for my caregiver. If a pad that had a very "slick" surface on the bottom could be developed that made moving her bace were available, it would be most helpful

This chair is remarkable
The back goes out to stretch your back and you can set posiitons so when you get back in the chair you don't have to do anything but hold on button down. Very comfortgable.
The head area has a cover but it is attached and can't be removed for washing like the arm covers. It would be nice if you could use snaps and remove this to wash it and then put it back on the chair.

My husband is 74 years old and has periferal neuropathy. He has difficulty standing from a seated position and this chair has been a godsend.
Easy to use but hard as a rock.
The chair moves into position slowly so my mother does not get startled. The controller is marked well and not confusing for my mother.
The chair is very hard and the seat is slightly tilted to the left.

controller seems backwards
This chair can go into any position. It is wonderful. Very comfortable. We upgraded to the leather and it matches our furniture perfectly.
The controller seems to be put on backwards and we always have to twist it to use it.

Looks and feel great.
Quality construction. Looks great. The optional heat and massage work well. The hand control for this feature is easier to hold.
The hand control for the chair slips out of my hand. Not ergonomically designed. The coiled cord is too tightly wound.
