I am the end user and us the scooter quite a bit outside at home but it is mainly for travel as it is small enough to fit in the vehicles easily.
Very happy to have the freedom to live life on my terms.
I have my freedom back!! Ease of use and stability. This scooter has been life for me. It's given me the ability to live life again.

Having 4-wheels instead of three is stability.
Very few elderly women would be able to break it down and lift the four sections in the trunk of their vehicle.

The throttle response is very gentle with no surprises. Very easy to dismantle and reassemble to transport.
Have not found any weak spots. Do have to mention that when I received from FEDEX there was damage inside from dragging the package on a corner. I made repairs (no complaints on my part) The Zip'r Roo 4-Wheel, Travel Scooter could have been packed more solidly with heavier packing material.

Price
The seat had to be reworked with a cushion to stop the seat braces from hurting your back. It makes you wonder if your engineers ever sat on the seat.
