DIFFICULITY WALKING DISTANCES, THE SCOOTER IS USED FOR TRAVEL INSIDE THE COMPLEX.
Perfect for travel, for casinos, cruises, shopping malls.
Can be broken down easily to fit into car trunk. I can handle breaaking it down myself and putting it back together myself. Most often, I ask another person that I am with, to help me lift the base from the trunk. I can do everything else alone. In a Casino, I will ask Valet attendent to lift the base for me. I realy like it!!
The basket comes off too easily. The knob (with interlocking teeth) that holds the controls and handle bars upright can be "tricky" at times - especially if you do not have a lot of light or a good sunny day. It is sometimes difficult to certain that you have the "gears" or the "teeth" meshed properly.

This Scooter is for my son so that he can attend school. He has spastic triplegec CP.
A little heavy but guh-rate.
It serves my needs and, by the way, has enlightened me as to the lousy condition of our sidewalks and roads. What more do you need?
The instruction book is not explicit enough.

I can only walk about 100 yards--Trek 3 can do 10 miles.
My husband is really enjoying his scooter.
Size and weight, and that we can put it in and out of our van very easy.

My son has M.S. and has difficulty walking. He is 34 and we like to go places with his sisters.
Very convenient when traveling.
I feel that it makes it easier for a person who lacks ability to walk by providing an extra support to get to places.
Although the price was afordable, I was hoping it would be lighter to carry.

Only good for riding in a store because you sure can't put...
Disassembles to fit in trunk so you can carry it even though it is very heavy for someone handicapped. Off board battery charging.
Arms too low. Basket too small for shopping. Seat very hard. Can't drive it on road so I don't really know what I'm going to do with it.

I'm almost 61 and have several disabilities, too many to mention. I have not had very good luck with this product.
Great deal for the money.
It's easy to get around and to load and unload from car.
The cracks in the plastic.
