poor representation, not what expected, disappointed from...
Not sure-the 530 model lasted 3yrs.-until chassis collapsed. Was very comfortable. Sure thought the new and improved 525 Model would do the trick. Wrong! Representation was for 6ft. 4in. person. Then way does my 6ft. 4in. body stick over then of the chair 3in. The lumbar strikes my butt, not my back?!? Don't like fabric-too slick. If I had wanted slick leather, I'd of ordered it.

So far so good. Comfortable. Quieter than my last chair,...
Quiet, very soft but firm.
Just a few things to think about. The pockets on both sides are great, but too low. I can't even reach the top of the pocket. I'm 5'8" tall. I ended buying an arm thing that goes over the arm rest with pockets for the controls, book, phone, etc. Maybe move the pocket up but less deep. It could use a lumbar pillow, right now I'm using a towel. No complaints over here! Just a few adjustments I feel that is needed.
