A really nice chair with only 1 or 2 drawbacks.
I love the style, the cup holders, and lift of the chair.
As others have mentioned the footrest should go higher (I use an additional pillow to lift feet higher). If the chair had massage in the lower back and leg it would be perfect (I don't mind having to use the pillows most of the time).

I am a 5'5" female, 70 years old and somewhat active (church, water exercise). Have arthritis especially in legs and lower back problems.
Very satisfied, chair is as advertised and comfortable....
Ease of operation, adjustable headrest and lumbar and cup holders are a nice addition.
Have not found a weakness yet
