gives me the freedom to go places where there would be a lot of walking
Pleasantly surprised by its quick response and ability to...
Easy to use. Comfortable. Really like the speed control. It works very well for my needs of getting the mail, walking the dog, and taking a "walk" in the neighborhood.
The charger location is in a ridiculous location. Considering that most people who would use this are disabled, it doesn't make sense that it is so low, below the seat, and unable to make eye contact to make the fit without kneeling. I cannot kneel. Fortunately, my husband can but if he is out of town, I have a problem.

physical disability impairs my ability to walk and stand beyond a couple of minutes.
Easy assemble. Great to go where I want.
Light weight for ease of assembly by older people. Operation is a breeze. Adjustable speed, chair height and arm width. Easy on and off the rotating seat. Runs so quiet, people don't hear you behind them and will back into you, good audible horn lets them know you are there.
Front basket could be a few inches larger to hold pizza box and loaf of bread.

Unable to walk or stand for more than a few minutes due to injury. 69 year old. Had to depend on husband to push me around. Can go anywhere now. Freed
Sturdy little work horse
Ability to transport a large person with ease. Smaller turning radius allows for tighter spaces. I love the ability to leave the scooter in the trunk of my car and only have to bring in the battery pack for charging.
The only weakness I can find thus far is the fact that there is no headlight. But I knew that when I purchased it.
