Solidly built, ease of use, headlight and swivel seat.
Very close to the ground. Must be careful going over curbs, so as not to crack the bottom

I am a happy 69 year old with limited walking ability, due to lack of oxygen. I love my scooter, as now my dog and I can take walks again.
It is a very good travel/inhome scooter.
Works well with in home, malls, well kept sidewalks. East to use and a nice tight turn ratio.
Not good for streets and can ip easly on unkept streets/side walks

I would highly recommend this product to others
The scooter was very easy to put together and offers the mobility my 67 years young husband needs to satisfy his physical limitations. The Phantom was well worth the cost.
The Phantom was more than we expected, so we don't know of any weakness.

my wife loves the scooter
Nice price and easy to use and charges well.
Able to use it everywhere in the house as well as shopping. Small but mighty.
It actually is too low to the ground to get it up on the lift to travel with. It hits the bottom of the lift and we need to lift it up get it on.

Gets me where I need to go, quickly!
Small size is critical in being able to move about without running into furniture or walls. Runs smoothly and responds quickly. Light weight and "break apart" feature provide flexibility in transporting it. I would not be able to handle anything heavier.
There is only a small area for my feet and I tend to bump my feet on the cover over the batteries which does not fasten down tight. Merely an annoyance, not a reason not to buy.

iT SEEMS TO HAVE ALL THE FEATURES I WANT FOR THE PRICE. SEAT IS COMFORTABLE. BATTERY DROP IN IS GOOD. cHARGING OUTLET IS IN A GOOD PLACE. I LIKE IT VERY MUCH. THE SCOOTER STORE PRICE WAS ALMOST TRIPLE YOUR PRICE WITHOUT THE BASKET & LITE. PLUS $80.00 SHIPPING.
iT NEEDS SOME SOFT TIRES OR SPRINGS FOR OUTSIDE.IT BOUNCES PRETTY HARD ON UNEVEN PAVEMENT.

four wheel model would provide more stability.
ease of assembly, portability
light weight (strength and weakness), limited foot clearance on entry/exit especially for those wearing brace, no instructions for assembly and use of cane/crutch carrier, user manual lacks clarity, needs more specificity and complete illustrations
