The optional left hand control should be redesigned. Pressing it too firmly brings it under the left steering handle. It takes off and you can lose control and you can"t stop it unless you pull the key out.

Handles nicely in and around stores & has great range and speed. This scooter has given me more mobility.

For being rated for 300 lb the seat should be larger and have more padding.

I'm 44, have suffered with IBC and 2 brain tumors in the last 5 years. Last brain tumor left me with stroke like simptoms on right side.

Reliability and ease of use of the scooter.

The forward/backward controls should be replaced with a motorcycle type throttle as the existing controls can be activated by clothing when standing up, turning, or sitting down. Also the "non-skid" wheels on the back appear to serve no purpose other than to high center (the power wheels are not in contact with the ground) the scooter when you are trying to get it up a ramp into the back of a vehicle. The steel wheels should either be removed or a better system created for the responsible user who does not abuse the scooter.
