Let's go shopping! This machine is not only beautiful but comfortable as well and now I feel that I can go anyplace and do anything. The batteries make it posible to go all day without recharging and made simple with the on cart recharger - no bulky recharger to carry around. The turning radius is superb! I find it less likely I will carry half a rack of clothes with me. This machine has an awesome amount of speed. I added a larger basket on the back for added space.
None that I have encountered.

USED BY A 75 YEAR OLD AMPUTEE
This is a high quality scooter, my last one lasted over 10...
I really like this product. The best thing about the Pride Legend is its durability. I owned one before and it lasted over 10 yrs. The new feature I like best is the cup holder, not having one before caused some spills and difficulties especially while trying to hold on to a cup and open a door to a store or mall. This new model has a lot of bells and whistles that the old one didn't, ie turn signals, hazard flashers, horn on both sides of the tiller. I haven't had it long enough to see if these extras are worth it.
I owned a Pride Legend for over 10 yrs before having to replace it. The tiller does not go up as far as the old one did so getting in and out of the scooter was a learning curve. Also, getting it in and out of my car with the lift is more challenging because I did not consider the impact the high back would have on getting it in and out of the car. I wish your customer service rep had pointed that out. I also would have ordered the larger seat, the mid size seat is not real comfortable with both arms down. I leave them up while riding it most of the time. Sometimes I have one down and one up.

I am 62 yrs old with severe arthritis in my knees. I cannot walk long distances without my scooter.
Very Good Value
Cost and Comfort, as well as the extras included, such as mirrors, basket, cover
Found some small problems, such as basket will fall off if not weighted down due to bouncing - solved it by adding a bungee cord. The seat is quite heavy, so disassembly is hard if you are not fully capable. The most important problem is the braking. The scooter will not stop when you expect it to some times. Handling around a lot of people makes it a bit tedious as you are never sure if it will stop in time.

Legend 3-Wheel: Review
I have had a mobility scooter before and know something about them. The thing that I like about the Legend three wheel schoter are the lights. I can go out at night without having to worry about seening and being seen by others. My previous scooter had no light.
When I first received the Legend three wheel scooter It was fully assembled with the exception of the rear view mirror, and basket which were easy to install. It took me quite a bit of time to discover that the batteries and front section of the scooter were not pluged in under the rear cover. I was quite frustrated until I had found out how to remove the rear cover and even then it took awhile to discover that the batteries were unpluged. I could find no instruction that indicated that there were three plugs that had to be pluged in by the user.
