My mother loves it! Now she can put her meals on the tray...
It was easy to install. Folds out of the way. Has the cup holders for beverages. It's very convenient and has greatly improved my mom's feelings of security that she won't fall while bringing her meals to her tv chair.
Haven't noticed any.

Works well and patient likes it.
Easy to install, recessed areas decrease spillage and fall off, flip up option VERY helpful.
Not possible for frail elderly person to install on their own - marginal weakness to my mind.

Wish I'd gotten them sooner.
Ease of installation, care of product.
Instructions for the tray should have had the comment about warming the plastic units in water before attempting to add to the walker.

It is very durable and should last for a long time.
The tray needs a device attached that will prevent it from tipping. This could be easily accomplished.
