Needs to be a little higher off the ground for outside use.
It is streamlined so it is easy to manuver, and go through doorways.
It is too low for outside use. It cannot go through stones or over bumps.

My daughter has spina bifida and really needed this and the cost was what we could afford as her insurance would not pay for it.
I love my Zip'r!
Easy to assemble and take apart. Fits easily into car trunk. Plenty of power for flat areas and shallow inclines. Goes and goes on a single charge.
Only had trouble with ground clearance on irregular surfaces. Horn is useless, but if used, you will get dirty looks.

Age 62 with back problems.
Good quality for the price.
Taking it in and out of our vehicle.
Too hard to get the battery pack in and out of the scooter.

The scooter is pretty easy to use, except putting the battery pack into the scooter, and taking it out.

Best purchase I have ever made in my life.
My 82 yr. old mother used it to visit Charlestown Slots in W.V. and was able to ride around the entire casino which she could not have done without it. I have put one review on-line about the product. Please read it. The review is definately a plus for the product and should also bring you new business. It is funny also.
There are none.

I purchased this for my mother who as a result of having 3 minor strokes lately, falls down a lot.

I use my scooter around my house as having MS really limits my walking ability, even with a walker. Now, I can manage most of the household tasks and not become so exhausted. The smaller scooter size is perfect. Best of all, my family doesn't have to worry about me falling as was the case using the walker.

I'm a 50 yo female, have had MS for 15 years and have great difficulty walking.
Easy to transport and comfortable to ride.
Its weight and size makes it easy to load in our van as well as shuttle buses.
Needs recharging sooner than it should, it seems.

The ground clearance is not quite enough. At times it will high center. If I was purchasing again, I would get one with more ground clarance.
